Applications Consultant
Responsible for creating factory simulation models using our Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) software application to address customer needs. Duties include interaction with clients and partners to build customer loyalty and branding through providing excellent support. Conduct "discovery calls" with prospective customers and partners to determine business requirements. Demonstrate factory models to prospects over the internet, following-up with sales partners to assist in closing sales, and periodically assist existing customers. The selectee will receive formal and on-the-job training and instruction to familiarize himself with technical programs and operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- Driven and motivated self-starter with the passion to learn and succeed
- Working towards Bachelors' degree in computer science or related field
- Must be wiling to interact with all levels of business and technical personnel and maintain effective working relationships
- Able to work independently and have excellent interpersonal skills
